Hello! I’m Sophie Deans, and I’m the host of ‘Stress Less Obsessed – The Podcast’ and the creative mind behind ‘Stress Less Obsessed – The Blog.’ Originally from the UK, I embarked on my transformative journey that led me to beginning a new life here in Melbourne, Australia. Since then my life has slowly evolved where I have been discovering my true path to living authentically and thriving.

With a deep passion for uncovering innovative strategies and holistic approaches to everyday life optimization, I’m dedicated to empowering busy women who are navigating life’s challenges and feeling overwhelmed by stress or have lost their spark. Drawing from my own experiences and personal growth journey, which includes navigating a long-term relationship breakdown, starting a new life on the other side of the world, sadly experiencing grief through the loss of loved ones, and suffering burnout but on the flip-side also facing unemployment, I share valuable insights, tried-and-tested techniques, and practical tools to help manoeuvre through life’s hurdles with greater ease, bringing calm, positivity, and rediscovery of that little spark back in life.

With a background in health and fitness as a former certified Personal Trainer, I bring a unique ‘holistic wellness’ perspective to my coaching. As a devoted dog-mum and committed partner, I deeply understand the importance of balance and self-care in achieving optimal well-being, which extends into every aspect of life and relationships.

Now, armed with the knowledge to regulate my own nervous system and manage stress effectively, I am committed to supporting others in their quest to lead happier, more authentic, and fulfilling lives, avoiding burnout and feeling like they have a spring in their step again!
